Abbie rocked out with her friends for her birthday. She planned the party, she made the invitations, she made the party favors, she did the decorating, and Dave made the cake. I got off really easy this time around :)
Abbie, ready for church, but cold and still wearing pajama bottoms and completely confused as to why we gave her the Zune that already belonged to her for her birthday. The real gift was the wall charger that she's been wanting for several months.
Happy and thrilled with Mom's compromise with the make-up for 6th grade. I conceded to the mascara. I've been putting off writing about Abbie starting 6th grade, and everything that it has brought with it (meaning Middle School). More to come on that. . .
Remember when I wrote about Ty's birthday and him needing help to blow out the stay-lit candles? Well, that memory was a little too fresh for Spencer once Abbie's cake came around. We had to re-light Abbie's candles three times before we could get Spencer to stop blowing them out :)
