Christmas Fun

We had a great time with family on Christmas Eve, hanging out at Uncle Jason and Aunt Jeanine's house.
Cousin Michael is always so generous with his Legos with Justin and Spencer. He's pretty awesome.
I think this picture ranks right up there with Gma Karen on the trampoline :) love it!
Jason completely killed us with this game (can't remember the name. . .). We couldn't stop playing until someone finally topped him. It was Abbie.

Classic pictures from Christmas 2010:
Spencer listening intently to the Christmas Story. He is standing right in front of Abbie and Justin-totally oblivious.

Ty completely ecstatic:

Justin not so much:

Abbie with the only thing she consistently asked for all season. Dolls. She has NEVER asked for dolls before. Okay, maybe not NEVER, but definitely RARELY.
Disclaimer: sorry for the red eye pictures. I'm posting from our recovered computer and I don't have any programs loaded. . .maybe I should get on that!

John Wayne traditionally brings the family a gift. This year he found a killer deal on a ping pong table.
I have loved listening to the competitions from the garage. We have competitive children, so shooting hoops, playing on the trampoline, cul-de-sac football, etc. frequently end in a difference of opinion. This has been just plain fun. It has also been completely delightful to listen to Dave having just as much fun as the kids. I know it brings back many fond memories of playing pong during family gatherings, both on his side of the family and on mine. Mike: Dave can't wait for a rematch. It's been years, but he's ready and waiting!
