Mom: Spencer, what happens tomorrow?
Spence: It's Ellie day?!? (Apparently, a playdate with his favorite person in the world ranks somewhere above Christmas)
M: No. It's Christmas, remember?
S: Oh.
M: What happens on Christmas?
S: It SNOWS!!!
M: Well, no. Not really.
S: Yes it does Mom.
M: Okay, that's possible. What else happens? Who comes?
S: ??? Questioning stare. . .
M: Does Santa come?
S: Yeah, he does!
M: Whose birthday do we celebrate?
S: Spencer's and Justin's.
M: No, remember. . .it's baby. . .
S: Jesus' birthday! He's turning 5 again, just like me.
