Spence woke up to a decorated house. Here he is waiting to open his "morning gift."
Everyone is excited to start the party. . .
Isn't he adorable?
He was singing Star Wars theme music. When I asked him to sing again so I could get a picture, he sang "Happy Birthday to Spencer."
We went to the very cool decorator's shop we have here and he finally decided he wanted a Transformer's cake. There were a lot to choose from. I am certainly not a professional cake decorator-but I fooled Ty.
We took the boys to McDonald's today and we were just entering the playplace when Aunt Erin called to wish him a happy birthday. She always takes time to call everyone on their birthday-it's pretty awesome. Spencer was quickly taking off his shoes to go and play and I said, "Here, Aunt Erin wants to say 'Happy Birthday'," and he took the phone and said, "Happy Birthday." It made my day. Erin and I got a great laugh out of it.
I almost got away without any kind of SpongeBob crap. . .er, stuff. Spencer kept calling them his candles.
I can't believe my sweet, enthusiastic Spencer is FOUR!
